If humans manage to start colonizing other planets, would we evolve apart?
Let's say that however long from now humans colonize multiple moons/planets/spaceships and we somehow are ale to survive. Would we end up evolving over time so much and on a colony-level that we'd not even be the same species anymore?

There is a pregnancy option limit. Due to atmospheric conditions difference the human baby cannot be born alive let's say, on Mars. To give birth to a healthy child the mother's location should be earth. On Mars the baby will be deformed and handicapped from birth or even not alive
