  1. Once Covid hit I decided to begin working out at home. At first I will admit it was rough to achieve my daily goal but after a couple weeks I got used to it. I would suggest purchase a set of freeweights, excercise bands and a medicine ball, keeping them in physical view and always workout during the same time daily creating a routine.  I feel writing down the workout you want to achieve also helps out so you waste less time trying to figure out what to do and avoid the mistake of giving up. Lastly, keep your workout gear laid out so you can get ready within minutes!
