As I've mentioned many times, I spend most of my day reading and writing, and a lot of that involves screens. My vision isn't too bad and I'd like to keep it that way. I always wear blue light blocking glasses and I tend to write with black text on a white background, but read with white text on a black background. Which one is causing less damage?
