    Canned tuna- Chunk Light for preference

    2 Tablespoons finely chopped sweet onions, green pepper, celery

    1 Tablespoon finely chopped sweet pickles (can use relish) and stuffed green olives

    2-3 Tablespoons (approx) Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, your preference

    1 Tablspoon Ranch Dressing (or 1 finely chopped teaspoon (scant) garlic)

    celery seed, Mrs Dash's Onion mix, squirt lemon juice

    Place all ingredients in bowl and mix it all up. Taste for seasonings and balance between salty/sweet/umame  Refrigerate for an hour or more; serve as sandwich filling, tomato, cucumber or mango stuffing (yes, mango!) or on crackers.  Makes excellent picnic nosh.

You need canned tuna, Miracle Whip mayonnaise and diced sweet pickles.  After that almost anything will work just fine: chopped celeray, capers, chopped jalapenos for zing, a sprinkling of curry powder if you like, maybe some Worcestershire sauce, or chopped cilantro (better yet, shisu!) if you crave an herbal twist.  Really, you should never make tuna salad the same way twice until you find you own personal gourmet heaven!
