Whether it's the lack of sleep, a stressful job, or even a newborn baby, it's very common to get dark circles under the eyes. Depending on how good your makeup skills are, it may be very difficult to cover them up.  These circles create an older looking appearance, and even for those who had a good night's sleep look exhausted.  What are some tips on minimizing the dark circles?
