App blocker that's NOT for phone addiction?

I work online and between emails, notifications, requests, and last minute changes, my cell gets a real workout. It's incredibly convenient, but having my workplace at my fingertips 24/7 can make it hard to clock out. I'm looking for an app or setting that simply blocks selected apps during a certain time frame. I'm not interested in tracker apps that shame me about my screen time -- I gotta pay the bills!

I know I could simply, you know, push the 'off' button, but I also use it to call family, take photos, and other casual uses. I'm not willing to forfeit ALL of my phone's functionality, just the work stuff after 5.

If you are using an iPhone, Screen Time lets you block individual apps or groups/categories of apps after certain time limits. You can also use the Downtime functionality in the same menu to set "downtime" when you'd like to only be disturbed by certain apps. It doesn't block them, but it does stop them from disturbing you in a programmatic way.
