What are some fun, socially-distanced, outdoor date-night ideas around Denver, Colorado?

My wife and I have been trying to come up with fun outdoor distant date night activities. Two that we thought of so far:


1. Batting cages - A lot of these have moved indoors, but outdoors ones still exist
2. Drive-in movies. I know some places have been opening back up. Any close to Denver?
3. We're always looking for date night ideas - anyone have any great ones?
