Indian food: What is the difference between a Mumbai Tibb's frankie and a Calcutta kathi roll? Is it just two words for exactly the same thing?
A friend of mine is visiting me from India, and is bringing some Indian food for me. I'm wondering if there's any difference in Mumbai Tibb's and Calcutta Kathi roll?

Yes, they appear to be regional variations on a "stuff wrapped in bread" type food (like burritos, or wraps.)
Tibbs Frankie is a specific brand, https://tibbsfrankie.com, from a company in Mumbai, and a Kathi roll is a generic street food term for something similar from Kolkatta. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kati_roll
You and your friend will have a lot of fun arguing the merits of the various foods from Kolkatta vs Mumbai - that's one of the best friend activities to do. ^_^
